COURSES FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS
>>> Beginners – Making a Tote Bag (3 week/1 day/2 day). This 6 hour course can be completed in a day or over a series of days/weeks on various days too depending on your availability. It is designed to take you through the basics of learning to use a sewing machine by making a tote bag – the perfect bag and skill for life! Click green link to learn more.
>>> Beginners to Sewing – 6 Week Course – (Monday or Thursday Evenings 7-9pm or Tuesday Daytime 1-3pm). Our 6 week beginners course allows those of you who want a longer more structured course to explore all the basics in a fun and informative way! This is a great introduction to sewing where we will teach you all the basic skills by making; a beautiful bag, an envelope back cushion and a zip pouch. Click green link to learn more.

>>> Pattern Drafting (Beginners) – Weekend Courses We are pleased to announce that we have a few new pattern drafting courses starting for the New Year! Now is the time to learn how to measure your figure accurately and start to construct your own patterns – A really worthwhile skill to have.
TIME TO SEW
>>> Time to Sew (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)These classes are a regular feature on our calendar – Great if you already know how to sew and have a project on the go or you just need assistance or guidance on starting it or the next steps – It’s also a great social hoot too! KNITTING, CROCHET, HAND EMBROIDERY & FREE MACHINE EMBROIDERY
>>> Knitting & Crochet (Monday 6-9pm workshops, Friday 10am-12pm, Thursday Evenings 7-9pm Regular Knitters and Saturdays) A great opportunity to learn how to knit. We offer regular and ‘one off’ classes and workshops for adults and children aged 7+. Whether you are starting from scratch or wanting to learn how to knit socks click onto the link to learn more.
>>> Hand Embroidery (Mondays 1-3pm, Wednesday 7-9pm)We are now running workshops on the beautiful skill of hand embroidery. Holly will teach you all the basic stitches to create a beautiful Object D’Art in a hoop.
CHILDREN’S 7+, TEENS & HOME EDUCATION COURSES
>>> Home Education Courses –Tuesday’s 10:00am – 12:00pm). A structured block of classes to help support parents with social skills, creativity and basic skills. Learn to construct a variety of items, covering hand stitching and using the sewing machine.Click pink link to learn more.
