Children's Book Cover Workshop (Ages 7+)

Come and sew up a journal/notebook/diary cover with us.  

In this class you will make a padded, A5 notebook cover with protective sleeves.  All the materials and notebook will be provided, but the cover is re-usable and will fit most other A5 notebooks.  They make a lovely present for friends and family, or to just keep for yourself!

This class is suitable for children aged 7-16 years who have had some previous experience using a sewing machine.

We will focus on getting your stitching as accurate as possible and hopefully you will leave the workshop as a master at topstitching!

All materials and supplies included!  It would be fabulous if you could bring your own sewing kit as its always good to use the tools you are familiar with.  We obviously have all the bits you will require if you need to borrow a sewing kit on the day.

Each book cover kit will be cut and prepared in advance of the class so we can get to the good bit... SEWING!  Please do send us a note or an email so that we can prepare you preferred colours otherwise they will be allocated on arrival at the workshop.
